getting damn emotional. Well, Jessica, Jess, Carmen, and Ingrid all left Prague and THEY seem to have survived.
I'm in Shakespeare and sons right now buying some boring English-language teaching textbooks (after this, I WILL be pissed if i don't pass the class! haha) and trying to look for a book other than Anais Nin porn to read on the plane.
I can't believe i'm leaving the most beautiful city in all the world.

here is a quote from the new movie Bewitched:
father: its time for you to go home now
Isabel: but where is that?
father: whatever place you were happiest.

i therefore conclude that i am now leaving my home.
Jesus christ. It was only last semester I felt like I had "no ties to anywhere, nothing holding me down." (except my lovely little sister bien sur). now i have several connections to several places... which is nothing compared to my sick, sick wanderlust.

and yet, i will never be home until I am back...
wait, Josie. Don't say it. You NEVER know what will happen, and the mistake you always made was planning too far in advance. Don't even say it. You could be in Kuala Lumpur next year for all you know!

she'll be coming across the ocean when she comes...

moolita is gone, which makes life quite boring boring boring.

I'm getting less and less bitter about having to return to oberliland so soon, and a little excited about the fact that i get to take business class home on the plane. yah. YAH! and excited about seeing everybody. I'm thinking of dying my hair on saturday so i look very different than people remember me.

vote in the pole!

pole:

whose politics are worse, America or israel?

i.e., who is violating more human rights, doing more things they shouldn't, etc?

(edit: so far, USA is winning for worst, 6 to 0!)

hi, I have a question.

1) I heard husbands of jews can get automatic Israeli citizenship under the Law Of Return, along with Jews? Has anyone else heard about this?

2) also, what countries CAN Israelis enter under an Israeli passport? for example, can Israelis come to Europe and Asia without much trouble? Can they stay for 3 months like U.S. residents?

*sigh*

in response to Linnea's post....

you know what's funny?
You can't buy love... "can't buy me love"... until you are in a long distance relationship and the only people they grant visas to in Egypt are people with a lot of money, that is.
